The vision of I – SEA is to be an integral, positive force for individuals, organizations and communities striving to practice sustainability.

This vision is achieved through educational projects, strategic collaborations, communications and research. We believe in the power of individuals and grassroots organizations to encourage sustainability values and best practices.

To this end,  I – SEA continues to work with, and support innovative and courageous organizations that share an agenda around sustainability, the environment and action on climate change.

As a registered charity in British Columbia, I – SEA is aware of the challenges and opportunities that small not-for-profit organization’s face.

Since 2003, our board has been focused on the broadening of the idea of sustainability. In the future, we wish to elevate our efforts to facilitate the strengthening of grassroots effort’s through serving as an “eco-incubator”. Connection is our organizational framework of change, to this end we seek to connect people with one another and with the planet in ways that are holistic, respectful and celebratory.
